Our team have been working hard leading up to Christmas and have just commissioned another Ultra Quiet Ecodan system which feeds an UFH system to both the ground and first floor which we installed earlier in the year to our usual high standard. The system is expected to cost our client around £650 per annum for all heating and hot water requirements. The system is controlled via Heatmiser Neo Stats in every room linked to a Heatmiser Neo Hub to enable full remote control from anywhere in the world. In addition to this we have also installed a Mel Cloud wireless dongle to enable remote access of the system in event of any unlikely faults in the future, this feature will enable us to provide our client with ongoing support from anywhere in the world. As with most self build projects the client will benefit from the domestic RHI scheme which will help offset some of the installation costs associated with installing renewable technology more information on the RHI scheme can be found here.
As part of the project we were also commissioned to install the mechanical ventilation and heat recovery system throughout the entire house along with a Mitsubishi Electric split air conditioning systems in the main areas of the house for essential cooling and comfort during the summer months more details on this part of the project will be posted in due course.
Should you have a self build project which incorporates any renewable or cooling technology please get in touch, we are MCS approved for ASHP, GSHP, Solar PV, Solar Thermal along with being one of Mitsubishi Electrics Business Solution Partners and a Robbens Systems approved installer of both there UFH and MVHR products.
